Downtown Phoenix is a hustling, bustling city with adventure and new things around every corner. One of these newer things is Food Truck Friday. Every Friday afternoon, food trucks park themselves in the parking lot of the Phoenix Public Market Cafe to serve the hungry worker bees and families that gather there.
One day during my own lunch break, I stopped to talk to Tonya Saidi, the owner of Mama Toledo’s Food Truck. We talked about her favorite pie she makes, where her stand up shop is located, and how long she’s been coming to the event. This audio slideshow was made in appreciation of the culinary masterminds that reside in our great city.
